To assume responsibility for circulating activities at library circulation unit.
To reserve materials on request and to manage audio-visual materials of LRC.

Reference Services
Providing reference services and information in the spot.
Implementing information literacy program and contacting to staff and students from universities or reader group.

Information Service assistance
Supplementing audio-visual materials, circulation and reference units at LRC.
Observing, protecting study and material sections.

Cataloguing
Information system

Periodical acquisition
Booking printed materials and cataloguing periodicals of LRC.

Cataloguing
Establishing printed material – information cataloguing systems under international standard.

Information system
Ensuring effective management of information systems in Information Resources unit.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Helpdesk and Technical Maintenance
To help LRC’s users with information technology application.
To deal with all problems of information technology.

Library Systems and Databases
To keep control on databases and the software of “Integrated Library Managing Systems” of LRC.

Network Administration
To manage and develop network and database administration systems.
To support electronic information services in order to increase safety and efficiency of
LRC’s network as much as possible.

Website Administration and Publishing
To build, manage and maintain website.
To develop electronic information resources.

Business administrator
- Assuming general activities of LRC
- Foreign affairs: to establish and expand all diplomatic relations for LRC.
- Marketing: to make plans and perform efficiently to gain income.

Human Resources officer
To undertake all activities concerning human resources in LRC such as recruiting,
managing and developing under Hue university policy.

Accountant
Ensuring LRC financial activities under Hue university regulations.

Security
Strengthening security and safety of LRC.

Cleaning
To keep LRC clean for stable as well as comfortable process of work, study and research in the Centre.
