Article 1 : Customer

Users are encouraged to accept responsibility for the appropriate care of the facilities, services and resources in a way that ensures that all users are able to utilize LRC in an equitable and timely manner.

Users who possess user card are entitled to borrow, look up for or exploit information and materials at LRC.
Following readers’ needs, LRC has provisions of user card registration for these users:

	Hue university officials.
	Students, post graduates, international students at Hue University.
	Other officials taking part in training program at Hue University
	Others under permission of Hue University President.

Article 2 : Benefit
 

	Users are entitled to utilize Center’s computers for catalogue & material search and for online information exploitation.
	Users can borrow and get access to material resources of our Center provided that those resources are included in borrowed items list.

Article 3 : Obligation
 

	Observe Center’s Code of Conduct
	Keep Center’s material and facilities in good condition.
	Face law when breaching regulations over usage of LRC’s resources and facilities.

Article 4 : Classify information resources

Center’s information resources are classified, marked and stipulated in detail, those are resources to be borrowed, not to be borrowed, to be utilized on the premises or to be borrowed under priority terms.

Article 5

Users pay photocopy and print fee which is drawn on the basis of balancing necessary costs of LRC.

Article 6 : Cause loss and damage to LRC’s properties

Action of this kind is completely forbidden in LRC, also included are materials stealth, tearing and graffiti.

Article 7 : Disciplinary measures

Users are encouraged to abide by all the above-mentioned regulations. Offence can be dealt with:

	Warning
	Temporary cut on card usage
	Card withdrawal
	Compensation for loss and damage in proportion to LRC’s appraisement
	Temporary off school (in case users are students)
	Implementation of Decree for Civil Service (in case users are staff, teachers…)
	Lawsuit
